Is a notice of claim needed for Brightline?

Because Brightline is a private railroad, government notice rules don't apply. The ticket terms instead want the dispute put in writing first; injury claims go to private arbitration, not court.

Florida gives you 2 years after an accident to bring a negligence claim. That time limit is set by Fla. Stat. § 95.11(5)(a).
